With the entire text of the data window highlighted, simultaneously press the keys Ctrl and C.
-OR- With the entire text of the data window highlighted, in the Edit menu of the data window click on Copy.

Macintosh

With the entire text of the data window highlighted, simultaneously press the keys Command and C.
